Policies
We try to have as few rules as possible, but there always needs to be a few. Please familiarize yourself with ours below:
45-minute lessons
All swim instruction provides 45 minutes of instruction/play. Please make sure to limit pool time to 45-minutes. Staying late or coming early interferes with the quality of another child’s lessons and is prohibited.
Siblings/Friends
WCWP Insurance only covers students that are enrolled in the class. Siblings and friends may not enter the water without being on the class roster.
Supervision
All parents/guardians of children must remain on premise during the child’s lessons.
Make-ups
If you need to miss a lesson for any reason, you must cancel 24 hours in advance of your scheduled lesson to receive a make-up. A make-up can be scheduled using any open spot on the roster. All make-up classes must be completed in the current session and cannot be applied as a credit to future swim sessions.
Inclement Weather
We only cancel lessons if there is thunder and lightening. The Fit Pool is heated year around. Swimming in the rain is actually fun!
Reusable Swim Diapers
ALL CHILDREN AGE 3 AND UNDER (POTTY TRAINED OR NOT) ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A PLASTIC PANT WITH ELASTIC LEG AND WAISTBAND.
Swim Caps
Swim caps are recommended for any participant that has long hair.
Swim Goggles
Children are encouraged to wear goggles.
Refund Policy
WCWP does not issue refunds. All unused funds paid to WCWP shall become credit towards additional swim lessons. This includes medical reasons and missed lessons.

Refer a NEW family to a full session of swim lessons and you will receive $25 in SPLASH CASH! Just make sure your friend mentions your name upon booking.
